  • Quality of vendor’s proposed products and services with emphasis on the proposal’s technological advantages, its degree of proper integration, and its appropriateness and ‘proper fit’ for PVUSD’s environment and requirements.
  • Vendor support for open system standards, contemporary technology, and innovative technology based on standards.
  • Scalability of proposed solution to provide capacity to add functionality related to expanded use, future incorporation of IP telephony (VOIP), and delivery of video to the desktop.
