2Review Accident Reports

Committee reviewed staff and student injuries for July and August. There were thirteen student injuries with nine from Football. There were seven employee claims, six with no lost time and one claim being reviewed for dismissal.

5Safety Incentive - Caught In The Act

Committee agreed to continue the Caught in the Act Program (CIA) for 2012-2013.

Committee agreed to continue Health & Safety Inspection overtime pay for 2012-2013.

Linda Overbey, Charles Woods, and Dawne Comfort were awarded $25 gift cards to Miners Hardware for Caught in the Act of being safe.

6 Dates for Upcoming Meetings

Meeting was adjourned. The next scheduled meeting will be held on September 27th at 2:00 p.m. in the Human Resources Conference Room at the District Office.

The 2012 – 2013 meeting schedule will be as follows:

August 30, September 27, October 25, November 29, January 31, February 28,

March 28, April 25, and May 30.
