STOCKLAND NORTH QUEENSLAND COWBOYS UNDER 15 CHALLENGE
The purpose of this competition is to provide schools in North Queensland with regular, quality competition so that they can develop into stronger open age teams, and compete at a State and National level in the future.

Teams competing in this competition will be provided with the following.
- $600 contribution towards competition costs incl. travel, referees and first aid.
The winning team will also receive a signed and framed Cowboys jersey ( this may be used to assist in raising funds) and a voucher for $250 worth of sporting goods.

IN THE EVENT OF A DRAW, GAMES WILL BE DECIDED BY THESE RULES:
There will be no extra time
GAMES WILL BE PLAYED UNDER THE ARL SAFEPLAY CODE (See note below)
COACHES SHOULD BE FAMILIAR WITH THE SAFEPLAY AND CODE AND REINFORCE THE CODE WITH PLAYERS
SCHOOLS ARE ASKED TO BE IN CORRECT FOOTBALL ATTIRE
REFEREES WILL BE ORGANISED BY THE NOMINATED HOME TEAM. If touch judges are unavailable each school is to appoint a competent person to act as a touch judge

HOME SCHOOL (HOST SCHOOL) IS ASKED TO ORGANISE GROUNDS AND SUITABLY QUALIFIED SPORTS MEDICINE PERSONNEL
Teams should appoint an independent person responsible of keeping score for each game.
Where possible, games played Townsville are to be played at Townsville Junior Rugby League, Kern Brothers Driven. Contact Suzette Harnden on 0409359356.
THE DESIGNATED FIRST AID OFFICER/SPORTS TRAINER SHOULD BE POSITIONED BESIDE THE FIELD OF PLAYAND HAVE PHONE ACCESS TO CALL AN AMBULANCE IF REQUIRED
Dates of games are not to be changed unless absolutely necessary and both schools agree to the change
If a team is unable to play on the set date and an alternative date cannot be found, the team unable to meet the initial commitment must forfeit that game. Any team forfeiting a game will be deducted $300 from the Cowboy’s travel bursary.
