Skating Rules( Boys & Girls)

  1. The championship will be held according to the RSFI (9RR) rules & regulations.
  1. From each school only one participant can participate in each event.
  1. A skater can take part in maximum two events in her/his age group.
  1. A skater can take part either in Quads or in In-line events.
  1. From each Zone, in each event, separately in Girls‟ & Boys‟ in different age categories, the first & second positions winners will qualify to participate in the Nationals.

  1. Age Groups: player shall be under 8, 10, 12, 14, 16,& 19 years of age on 31 Dec 2016.
  1. The skater taking part in Quads should wear the skates that should not have heels attached to the shoe & should not be high ankle.
  1. The skating costume should be skin tight.
  1. Helmet is compulsory during the Races & Warming Up.

11.The wheels for speed skating is only to be used which are broader in size.

12.The decision of the technical committee/referee shall be final.

13. Any photograph/video clipping other than from official camera shall not be considered for any reference.

14. No protest will be entertained from parents.

15. Protest, if any, has to be submitted in writing by the team Coach/Manager with the Organizing Secretary, within 15 min of the announcement of result with the Protest Fee of Rs. 1000/. The decision of the Jury of Appeal shall be final.

16. Every team will carry their school flag, for the purpose of March past and to be used during the various ceremonies. Participation in March past is compulsory, failing which their right to participate can be forfeited.

CBSE North Zone-II Skating Competition (2016-17)

From 3rd Nov to 6th Nov (2016) Some of the general instructions regarding the Competition are as follows:

1. You are requested to send confirmation of your team’s participation by mail at .

2. The team incharges are requested to stay with their respective teams.

3. The school will provide lodging and boarding. The charges are Rs350/ per head per day as per CBSE instructions.

4. Payment for food will be on full day basis and no payment in partial will be received / refunded (as per CBSE)

5. All team managers and participants must report at the registration counter and collect the Food Coupons and Room Numbers immediately on arrival.

6. Parents of the participants will not be allowed to stay with the wards in the school premises.

7. Refundable security of Rs 2000/ will be received as caution money in advance for any type of breakage or loss to the school property. The mangers/ coaches of the teams all fully responsible for any damage of school property.

8. ‘No due slips’ should be deposited by the team manager beforedeparture.

9. Players must bring with them the valid ID card for the current year signed by the Principal along with original date of birth certificate.

10.Copy of online proforma duly attested by the Principal should also be brought.

11. The team photo with school Principal along with the copy of online entry proforma countersigned by the Principal should also be brought.

12. No team shall be accompanied by more than two officials.

13. Each school will send one male staff member as manager for boys and one female staff member as manager for the girl’s team.

14.Consumption of liquor, drugs, tobacco and smoking is strictly prohibited during the conduct of tournament and stay in the school accommodation. Anyone who violates this rule will be immediately removed from the school campus and disciplinary action will be taken by the host school.

15. Any damage done to the property of the school during the stay by participants will have to be compensated for by the respective school.

16. Participants are not allowed to wear any costly ornaments or bring any article during stay.

17. Indication to find the school will be given from bus stand Ajnala to BDS School Ajnala.

18. All the participant players should get ready daily at 6 AM.

19. The participant players should reach the school ground at exact 7 AM.

20. After 9 PM no body will be allowed to come out without pass issued by school authorities.

21. All the participants and their coaches are again informed that they should bring their own covering cloth. It may be blanket or any other sheet for their personal use.

22. We are sending you Annexure- I, II, III and IV. These should be filled properly and attested by the school Principal and they should be taken by the team incharges at the time of arrival .

23. All the drivers will have to arrange the vehicles parking at their own risk.
