Conditions :

  1. Educational qualifications, pay scales and service conditions will be as per the existing rules of apex body and Government of Maharashtra.
  2. Roman figures in the brackets show the number of times the post is being advertised.
  3. Reservation for VJNT categories is internally transferable.
  4. Reserved candidates outside the State of Maharashtra will be treated as Open Category candidates

*5Reserved posts advertised for six times or more will be filled in by transferring categories internally as per provisions in G.R.No. BCC/1054/96-16B of 5th December 1994 ST to SC and vice versa.

6Reserved candidates are advised to send a copy of their application to the Deputy Registrar, Special Cell, Shivaji University, Kolhapur-416 004.

7Reservation of female / disabled persons will be decided by appointing authorities.

8Reserved candidates shall produce the Cast Validity Certificates as per the directives issued by the state Government vide Circular No. BCC-2011/Pra.Kra 1064/2011/16-B dated 12-12-2011.

9Reserved candidates from the category shall produce Non-creamy layer certificate at (except SC/ST )the time of Interview.

10Those who are already in service should apply through proper channel.
