FORMAT: Competition will consist of 36 holes of Stroke Play. Flights will be assigned by handicap index and will consist of eight (8) players in each flight. Trophies will be awarded to overall low gross Champion, Runner Up and Super Senior winners. 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th prizes will be awarded to winners in each flight. In case of a tie for the Championship or Super Senior Championship, there will be a hole-by-hole (sudden-death format)playoff starting at Hole #1 at Woodmont Golf and CC, continuing until the Championship(s) are determined. Ties for the flight prizes shall be determined by following the USGA recommended procedure for matching scorecards. To determine the winner, second day scorecards will be compared to determine the best combined score for the last nine holes (10-18). If the players are still tied, combined scores on the last six holes (13-18) will be compared. If still tied, combined scores on the last three holes (16-18) will be compared. If still tied, we will determine the winner by using second day scorecards starting with the 18th hole working backwards.
HANDICAP INDEX: Handicap Indexes as of the May 1, 2018handicap revision date will be used to create flights.
ENTRY: The tournament is limited to the first 224 golfers who send in a completed entry form along with their entry fee of $150.00in the form of a check. Notification of tournament acceptance will be sent by email. Entries CLOSE at midnight on April 23, 2018. If more than 224 approved applications are received, we will prepare awaiting list of those golfersbased on the earliest received applications. Should a vacancy occur,the waiting list will be used to notify the earliest applicant(s) of her selection into the tournament via email. All checks received from potential applicants who did not make the tournament field will be shredded and securely destroyed.

Practice rounds are available at Woodmont Golf & Country Club beginning on 04/1/2018 at the following times: Mon-Thurs at any time & Friday–Sunday after 1:00 pm. $25.00 plus tax.
Practice rounds are available at The Golf Club at Bradshaw Farm beginning on 04/24/2018 (can only be booked one week in advance) at the following times: Mon-Thurs at any time & Friday–Sunday after 1:00 pm for $25.00 plus tax. The club also has a Tuesday all day special of $28.00 plus tax that is available prior to 4/24/18. Make sure to request the Red/White course.
