LOCATION
The subjects are situated at the north most end of Birkmyre Avenue, between the junctions with Lilybank and Farquhar Roads, Port Glasgow. Properties in the immediate vicinity are a mix of local authority and private housing. A number of favourable facilities lie within close proximity to the subjects including Port Glasgow town centre which contains a new Tesco Extra and B&Q warehouse. The Port Glasgow Bowling Club and local primary schools are also within walking distance.
There are good road and rail links to Port Glasgow and Greenock town centres and the Greater Glasgow area. Glasgow Airport is situated approx 30min drive away, by car.
