Attendees:

Novice Sister Purrr Do

Aspirant Sister Tess Trogen

Postulant Guard Gina Tonic

Sister Nova Aggra

MEETING:

Meeting called to order by Sister Nova Aggra. Sister Nova thanked us all for meeting on short notice at her request.

Sister Nova Aggra announced that she will soon leave Lafayette, IN and return to California to seek employment and pursue new opportunities. This decision was not easy, and for Nova, the Indiana Crossroads Sisters has been the main source of joy and light during a very challenging time. Our bond, sisterhood, and connection has helped through many transitions – and while Nova will be away, she will always consider herself our sister, founder, and by our side. We can always call on her, and she will plan to visit us – and we should visit her.

Sharing of hugs, love, and appreciation. We all know that Sister Nova will find great joy and success in California and wish her the best on her journey.

Prior to Sister Nova’s departure, we have several manifestations to coordinate, and now we would also like to host a farewell dinner the first week of July at Sylvia’s Pizza Kitchen to celebrate Sister Nova and the lives she has touched here. Postulant Guard Gina and Novice Purrr will make arrangements for group dinner.

Sister Nova has nominated Postulant Guard Gina Tonice to serve as mistress of the archives for Indiana Crossroads Sisters. Unanimously approved. ICS Sistory will be stored at Postulant Guard Gina’s home, and Sister Nova will make certain to drop off copies of materials before her departure.

Sister Nova Aggra nominated Novice Sister Purrr Do as Abbess until our organization grows to a size capable of supporting a board vote. Unanimously approved. Sister Purrr Do will convene monthly meetings, coordinate communication, and maintain contact with the CoMoms and UNPC after Sister Nova departs.

Sister Nova would like us to create sacred glitter/fairy dust together as a ceremony before her departure. Postulant Guard Gina Tonic will coordinate this effort at her home with Sister Nova as a ceremony following the farewell dinner. Only ICS members including our two regular attendees, Rick and Nicki, will be asked to attend this ceremony (and maybe Wayne from Sylvia’s as he has been blessed by the Sisters).

Needs: Candles, makeup remnants from manifestations, glitters, incense ash, dried roses from Sylvia’s restaurant evening, Sister Nova’s sacred glitter from Eureka and Russian River houses. Also need blessings: Calling the corners/open the circle, glitter blessing from California house.

ICS blessing for Nova’s travels and future in California.

Ask if Rick will serve double role as participant-observer as well as our photographer for the farewell dinner and ceremony.

Transition of leadership documents from Sister Nova to ICS – Sister Nova will create a google drive for us to access. All docs will be put on a flash drive and held by Postulant Guard Gina Tonic.

Meeting ends with more expressions of love and thanks to our founder, Sister Nova Aggra <3

We likely will not have a formal meeting in June as Sister Nova Aggra is preparing her move, but we will help her in any way that we can as she prepares to relocate. We will focus all planning on her farewell party and upcoming glitter ceremony.
