August 31, 2015 –Disturbed’s new album Immortalized (Reprise) has debuted at #1 on the Billboard Top 200, marking the band’s fifth consecutive #1 album – a rare distinction only achieved by one other hard rock band in the history of the chart: Metallica – putting them in the company of a select group of global superstars to have earned five chart-topping debuts, including Madonna, Beyoncé, Eminem, Dave Matthews Band and U2. The highly-anticipated album marks the end of a 4-year hiatus for the Grammy-nominated hard rock titans, and features the hit single “The Vengeful One.” The song recently took the #1 spot at Mainstream Rock Radio, with Loudwire proclaiming “Expect ‘The Vengeful One’ to take its place alongside the band’s biggest hits.”
