Single Sheet Samples
We provide complimentary samples for our customers to try in their printing equipment or for other projects where a sample will help them decide which paper to use.
Here are some reasons we may give samples:
Some products work better than others in different printers or presses
Retail customers may need to decide on color or texture by committee or approval
However - Paper for hobbies, invitations, crafts or art projects are not considered samples and therefore should be sold using the appropriate item number.
Using Your Best Judgment
There may be times when a customer asks for a large number of sample for a project
•They may need to test the paper in different machines
•Bindery maybe difficult
•Providing samples may help to sell a large order
•Be flexible and consult your Manger to help in these situations
