Sing Around Christmas

Once again years 3, 4, 5 and 6 are invited to All Saints for a celebration of Christmas with music led by Derek Blease. As in previous years there will be two events in which All Saints seeks to offer an opportunity for children from local schools to come together and sing Christmas carols in the ParishChurch of our County Town. If your school has a choir please make this clear when you complete this form. This year the carols to be sung by the children have been chosen by Derek Blease and are shown on page 2 of this form.The participation cost this year is £25.00. This will include a music booklet and a CD,
Timetable
10.30am Arrive at the church
11.00am Rehearsal
12.30pm Lunch - packed lunches may be eaten in the church if required.
1.30pm Assemble in the church
2.00pm Performance
3.00pm Dismissal
There will be seven carols for all schools to sing plus four traditional carols for schools and audience.
Schools are invited to publicise this event to parents and friends and ask them to come to the performance at 2.00pm. The entry charge will be £2.00 (accompanied children free) and there will be a collection during the performance which will be donated to chYps (a children’s health charity see and All Saints Church.
