Medicinal Chemistry, Head, Director/Senior Director/Executive Director:
Qualifications: An accomplished and innovative individual with a Ph.D. degree in Organic or Medicinal Chemistry along with over six, eight or ten years of working experience (after obtaining Ph.D. degree) and at least 2, 4, or 6 years of experience in discovery project leadership in oversea pharmaceutical industry. An outstanding publication record and great accomplishments in medicinal chemistry and familiarity with popular target types are desired.
Responsibilities:To function as the head of medicinal chemistry of the Discovery Research organization, and to lead multiple groups of medicinal chemists working on compound design, preparation, and optimization of small molecule therapeutics candidates utilizing classical medicinal chemistry.
Discovery Biology, Head, Director/Senior Director/Executive Director:
Qualifications: An accomplished and innovative individual with a Ph.D. degree inbiological science, along with over six, eight or ten years of working experience (after obtaining Ph.D. degree) and at least 2, 4, or 6 years of experience in discovery project leadership in oversea pharmaceutical industry. An outstanding publication record and great accomplishments in discovery biologyand familiarity with popular target types are desired.
Responsibilities:To function as the head of Discovery Biology of the Discovery Research organization, and to lead multiple groups of biologists working on molecular biological, biochemical and cell biological pharmacology, in vivo pharmacology, and biomarker research. .
Clinical Development, Head, Senior Director/Executive Director/Vice President:
Qualifications: An accomplished and innovative individual with a MD or MD/PhD degree along with over four,sixor eight years of working experience in clinical development and at least 2, 4 or6 years of experience in clinical development project leadership in oversea pharmaceutical industry. Great accomplishments inclinical developmentand familiarity withrelevant R&D functional areasas well as with clinical oncology are desired. Clinical work experience in China as well as clinical development experience in China would be highly desired.
Responsibilities:To function as the head of Clinical Development Department of the R&D organization, to lead all efforts of the R&D organization in clinical development, in-licensing of clinical compounds, and collaboration in global development. .
