Studio Lock-Off Suite

Our Studio Lock-Off Suites consist of one king or queen bed. Amenities include TV, galley kitchen (small fridge, sink, coffee maker, and microwave). This unit will not have access to any laundry facilities. This studio can adjoin to a 1 Bedroom Suite to form a 2 Bedroom Premium Suite.
Maximum occupancy 2. Size325 sq. ft.

1 Bedroom Suites

Our 1 Bedroom Suites have one queen bed in separate bedrooms and one bathroom. The unit offers a breakfast bar, as well as a kitchen with fridge, microwave, stove, oven, and dishwasher, living area with one sleeper sofa, TV, fireplace, balcony and private laundry facilities.
Maximum occupancy 4. Size555 sq. ft.

Two Bedroom Premium with Two Bathrooms

Our 2 Bedroom Premium Suites have one king or queen bed in Bedroom 1 and bedding varies in Bedroom 2. This unit has two full bathrooms. The unit offers a dining area, as well as a kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, living area with one sleeper sofa, TV, gas fireplace, balcony, and private laundry facilities. Some of these suites are Lock-Off suites.
Sleeps 6-7. Size 983 sq. ft.

$2270.00 per person, quad occupancy in a 2-bedroom premium suite

Lift Passes

Seniors 65+ get a $60 discount.

If you have non-skiers or cross country skiers in your group and lift passes are not required, deduct $420.00.

Baggage Fees

Air Canada iscurrently charging $25 to $35 each way to check in each piece of luggage and ski/boot bag combo.

Group Number

Our quote has a minimum number of 20 participants. If this number is not reached, a surcharge of $50 per person applies due to increased transfer prices, and reduced group discounts.

Payment

A booking deposit of $500.00 is due upon receipt of signed contract.

Further deposits of $500.00 per person are dueby December 2nd. The balance of payment is due by January 2nd.

This quote includes a discount forpaymentby cheque or Interac e-transfer. If your members prefer to use a credit card, a surcharge of $50 per person applies.

We accept Visa orMastercard. Amex incurs a $50 surcharge.

Taxes

We have INCLUDED all current fuel surcharges andflight taxes, however in these volatile times, we retain the right to add or remove any surcharges applied by the airlines before tickets are issued.

Cancellation

All room and air space may be cancelled without penalty up December 2nd 2017. Cancellations after this date incur the following penalties:

December 3rd to January 2nd – loss of deposits

January 3rd to departure date - 100% of tour cost

Name changes are possible up to 45 days before departure.

Insurance

Be sure your members have at least medical and preferably cancellation/interruption insurance for a ski trip outside your province.Cancellation insurance should be purchased at time of trip deposit.

0 to 54 years:Medical= $25.00.

55 to 60 years:Medical= $27.00.

61 to 65 years:Medical= $38.00

66to 70 years:Medical= $46.00

71to 76 years:Medical = $91.00

77 years +:Medical = $151.00

Insurance policies are supplied by Allianz Insurance.

Standard Terms and Conditions

Tour participants acknowledge reading and agreeing to the terms and conditions set forth below; they set out a contract between you and The Vacation Station.
Please note that living standards and practices that differ with North American standards may be encountered during your travel.
Travel Documents - Canadian citizens require a valid Govt. issued photo ID for domestic flights.
Not included in advertised tour package price - passport and/or visa fees, items of a personal nature, bar or beverages, and other services not specifically shown as included in package.
Extended Stay/Stopovers - You may extend your stay provided you make proper arrangement at the time of booking.
Reservations - All space is on a first come, first serve basis. All reservations are considered confirmed once a deposit is received by The Vacation Station. The Vacation Station reserves the right to cancel any reservations if deposit or final payment is late.
Airline Responsibility - The carriers concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission, or other event during the time passengers are not on board their conveyances. The airline passenger tickets, when issued, shall be the sole contract between airline and buyer/passenger of these tickets.
Accommodation: The Vacation Station reserves the right to substitute chosen property with hotel or condo of similar or higher rating if necessary.
Responsibility - All bookings are accepted on the condition that The Vacation Station acts only as a booking agent to the passenger in regard to travel by rail, motorcoach, rental car, aircraft, or any other conveyance, and assumes no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of defect in any vehicle or for any reason whatsoever, or though the acts of default of any company or person engaged in carrying out the arrangements of the tour. Neither The Vacation Station nor its subsidiaries, etc., here or abroad, shall become liable for loss or consequence due to schedule changes or any cause or irregularity occasioned by cancellation, over booking, or strikes of airlines, trains, hotels, car rental companies, ground service operators, in addition to acts of God, etc. Under these circumstances, no portion of land arrangements will be refunded. The Vacation Station and its agents can accept no responsibility for damage done to hotel, pension, or apartment property by guests or their dependants. Settlement shall be between guest and property owner. Nor can any responsibility be accepted for loss or theft of guests property, luggage, etc. Neither The Vacation Station nor its subsidiaries, etc, here or abroad will be liable for a lack of snow or non operation of ski lifts, closure of access routes to or from resorts due to weather conditions, nor are they liable for the late arrival of passengers at airports or hotels due to bad weather.
