Life Space Crisis Intervention (LSCI): Skills for Reclaiming Children and Youth Involved in Self-Defeating Patterns of Behavior.

Classes will meet from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm
(3) graduate credits is an option in cooperation with Augustana College
Focus Of Course:
Participants will learn the skills of effective conflict management and intervention techniques for counseling students with self-defeating patterns of behavior. This course is most appropriate for educators, administrators, guidance counselors, and mental health counselors who regularly work with students prone to conflict and exhibiting challenging behaviors in school. The Life Space Crisis Institute will certify participants who successfully complete this program. Graduate credits are available through Augustana College in both Special Education and Psychology.

Course and Materials $550
Additional 3 credits through Augustana College: (optional) additional $300
