League/Club Rep’s Duties & Responsibilities
(Suggested)
- Serve as Liaison between the local sponsoring League Board and Coaches/Teams and the Signature League Circuit Director.
- Assist the local League Board in designating and approving each Coach & Team to play in the Signature League Playing Circuit.
- Assist in providing Player Evaluation (try-out) dates for interested Players
- Assist in conducting Player Evaluations for all Players interesting in participating on teams at this level (5 Players may be initially ‘frozen’ to the Roster).
- Submit appropriate League forms to CAL SOUTH office ( Due June 1 )
- Submit League Form for Prospective Team Numbers participating in the Circuit
- Submit the designated Home Field information to the Circuit
- Submit the $250 League bond (one time fee) for participating in the Circuit
- Ensure all Teams Applications and Fees for your League are submitted to the CAL SOUTH office by June 25.
- Ensure Teams Rosters are submitted into the CAL SOUTH Registration Program office by August 31.
- Teams obtain Uniforms with the assistance of your Sponsoring League
- Designate a Referee Coordinator (assignor) for all Home Signature League games or coordinate with a Referee Association – agree on payment schedule for your league home games.
- Work with each Team & Coach in obtaining qualified Center Referees and / or Assistant Referees from those teams for duties in Signature League games and other recreational games as assigned by the Referee Coordinator.
- Discipline any Coach or Team as deemed necessary
