Payment Schedule:
- $750 deposit required within two weeks of making reservation to book hunt; remaining balance of hunt due September 15th of hunting year.
- Completed Booking Contract Agreement is required to confirm the booked hunt at time of Deposit.
- Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied to the next years hunt.
If Lemke Outdoors, LLC (Outfitter) must cancel the hunt, the money paid for the hunt will be 100% refunded or if Client/Hunter chooses the deposit can be applied to the next years hunt. - Cancellation Policy: Deposit applied to next years hunt.
- Lodging and Meals are not included in price.
“Waiver”
Client/Hunter agrees to accept responsibility for purchasing and obtaining any license and permits needed to fulfill all legal obligations required by law to hunt with archery on any property hunted by Lemke Outdoors, LLC (Outfitter) on the dates agreed to above and keep in possession at all times while hunting. Client/Hunter agrees to hunt in only the areas or stands designated by Lemke Outdoors, LLC (Outfitter) or their guides. NO Walking or Scouting around without prior permission permitted.

Past, present or affiliated Client/Hunter may not solicit any landowners and/or neighboring property owners within 20 miles of any Lemke Outdoors hunting property (past or present) for hunting purposes. Past, present or affiliated Client/Hunter may not accept any offer for hunting purposes from any land / property owners with in 20 miles of any Lemke Outdoors hunting property. Past, present or affiliated Client/Hunter may not trespass on Lemke Outdoors (Outfitter) landowners and/or neighboring property owners (past or present) land for any purpose without the written consent of Lemke Outdoors, LLC (Outfitter). Any Client/Hunter doing so will be litigated against to the highest degree. The Client/Hunter further acknowledges that any such breach may allow the Client/Hunter or Third Parties to unfairly compete with Lemke Outdoors, LLC. (Outfitter) resulting in irreparable harm to Lemke Outdoors, LLC. (Outfitter) and, therefore, that upon any such breach, Lemke Outdoors, LLC. (Outfitter) shall be entitled to seek equitable relief in addition to whatever remedies it may have at law. Any Client/Hunter proven responsible agrees to pay all legal fees that may arise from such action and agrees to pay Lemke Outdoors the sum of what is greater in monetary retribution if responsible for the breach of this contract. A) pay $3000 per person associated to a breach of this contract. B) pay $100 per acre associated to the breach of this contract. The foregoing obligations shall survive for a period of five (5) years from the date of the signature from Client/Hunter and Lemke Outdoors, LLC. (Outfitter) in this document.
Wound Policy: If or when a Client/Hunter wounds a buck, he / she may continue to hunt by paying a $500 wound fee.
50% of wound fee may be used to discount a following year’s hunt with Lemke Outdoors, LLC if another buck has not been harvested or wounded by the Client/Hunter.
Lemke Outdoors, LLC (Outfitter) uses its best efforts to provide Client/Hunter with a safe and enjoyable hunting environment. However, it is the responsibility of the Client/Hunter to exercise the care and judgment required to deal with the dangers and risk inherent in the sport of hunting. Therefore, the Client/Hunter releases and forever discharges, and for his/her heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors, and assigns to hereby release and forever discharge Lemke Outdoors, LLC (Outfitter), and his, her, their and its successors and assigns, heirs executors, administrators, personal representatives, and all other persons, firms, and corporations, of and from any claims, demands, rights, and causes of actions of whatsoever kind in nature, arising from, and by reason of any and all known and unknown, foreseen and unforeseen bodily and personal injuries (including death), damage to property, and the consequences thereof, resulting, and to result, from the Client’s/Hunter’s hunt, on the dates written in this contract, occurring before, during or after hunting, traveling to or from any property hunted or used by Lemke Outdoors, LLC (Outfitter) or Landowners. Additionally, the Client/Hunter agrees to defend any or all individuals in civil court against injury, property or punitive damage caused by the Client/Hunter while hunting with Lemke Outdoors, LLC (Outfitter). If I, (Client/Hunter), sue any or all individuals in civil court and win a settlement, I (Client/Hunter) too, relinquish all rights to receive that settlement from any of the aforementioned individuals.
I(Client/Hunter) accept full responsibility for any injury I (Client/Hunter) may incur while hunting with Lemke Outdoors, LLC (Outfitter). I (Client/Hunter) will inspect the safety of any tree stand or step before using it; I (Client/Hunter) accept full responsibility for any tree stand I (Client/Hunter) use and the height in which it is at; I (Client/Hunter) agree to wear and use a safety harness/belt/vest while climbing a tree, placing a stand, hunting from a stand, or stepping onto or off a tree stand;I (Client/Hunter) agree to accept all responsibility for any damages imposed on any property while he or she is hunting; I (Client/Hunter) agree to be free of any influence from illegal substance, drug or alcohol while hunting; I (Client/Hunter) agree to provide and accept charges for any unpaid balances for any additional hunting expenses or fines on ______credit card with full name displayed as ______, card #______and expiration date of ______or by paying with personal check or money order within 30 days of hunting dates listed above.
