IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS

Dear Fellow Congregants:
In order to preserve the sanctity of the High Holiday service, and for the comfort and safety of all our congregants, the following policies and procedures have been instituted for Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur.
SIMULCAST SERVICE: In order to alleviate unsafe and uncomfortable overcrowding in our sanctuary during services, we will be simulcasting services into our Simha Room. The simulcast service will take place on the first day of Rosh Hashanah and on Yom Kippur. When seats are no longer available in our sanctuary, the ushers will request that you please take a seat in the Simha Room. Your cooperation will be appreciated.
Out of respect to the Rabbi and fellow worshippers,we ask parents with children
under the age of 13 to use the Simulcast Room during the Rabbi’s sermon. Westrongly encourage these children attend Junior Congregation and post bar/bat
mitzvah youth attend the youth service, both designed specifically for them. Please respect the seniors in our Congregation and ensure they have seats in the sanctuary.
USHERS: They will be available to answer your questions, guide you and to ease the flow of traffic into and out of our sanctuary.
BABY STROLLERS: Due to FIRE DEPARTMENT Regulations, strollers will not be allowed into the sanctuary during High Holiday services. We’re asking all members to please leave their strollers in the coat room at the entry vestibule. Please ask the ticket checker or one of the ushers, if you have any questions. Your cooperation is necessary for the safety of all our members.
ACCESSIBLE PARKING: Accessible parking will only be provided to physically
challenged members with accessibility permits. A designated drop-off area will be
defined for all others. Drivers must then park with the general membership.
PARKING GUARDS: Parking guards have been hired to ease the movement of traffic throughout our parking area. Please cooperate with themas they will be carrying out the mandate of the Board of Trustees.
REMINDER: High Holiday tickets will be checked at the door. Please bring this year’s tickets and photographic identification with you. Please leave your cell phones in your car. No electronic devices are to be active in the Synagogue on the High Holidays.
