Expenses Policy
NOTE: one speaker only per presentation may claim expenses / Expenses paid only if negotiated with the programme secretary prior to the event.
UK Speakers:
  • no payment to UK based speakers if funded by their own company
  • in exceptional circumstances we can pay up to a maximum of £100if agreed in advance
  • We do not pay hotel accommodation for UK speakers
For non UK speakers from:
  • Europe – a maximum of £250 as agreed with the Programme Secretary
  • Outside Europe – a maximum of £1000 as agreed with the Programme Secretary
