Dee Why Beach front
About 10 years ago when the sea wall was rebuilt at Dee Why beach a palm grove was also put in place in an area heavily frequented by young families. The palms were closely planted and were sharp leafed. The area is to be cleared was redesigned as a more user family friendly. How might the community be involved in the new design after the failure of the first planting.
