Thank you for your interest in Sienna Heights Apartments. We are excited to tell you about the features of our community. We have three sparkling pools, two relaxing spas, state-of-the-art fitness center and pet play area. We also provide 12 laundry rooms throughout the property for your convenience. We provide covered parking for our apartments and our town homes have two car-attached garages with washer/dryer connections.

We are located just minutes from the Metro link, 14 Freeway and shopping/dining.

SiennaHeightsApartments offers our ALDER 2 bedroom/2 bath, which is 989 sq. feet with a huge living area and two full baths. Our SYCAMORE town home offers large bedrooms with washer and dryer connections. Amenities include energy efficient gas stoves, dishwashers and garbage disposals. Select units have over-the-range microwaves.

REQUIREMENTS TO RESERVE AN APARTMENT WITH

SIENNAHEIGHTS

  1. Application Fee: $40.00 per application (each adult 18yrs or older), by money order or cashiers check only- Payable to SIENNAHEIGHTS.
  2. Reservation Fee: $100.00 must be SEPARATE money order or cashiers check only- Payable to SIENNAHEIGHTS
  3. Completed Application (s).
  4. Security Deposit is $500.00 on approved credit (to be paid prior to move-in.)

REQUIREMENTS TO QUALIFY AS A RESIDENT

  • Verifiable income of at least three times the amount of the rent
  • 1 month consecutive pay stubs (If paid monthly, 2 month’s pay stubs)
  • Current drivers license
  • Original Social Security Card
  • Good credit with no evictions or balances owed to other properties
  • No Felonies, no more than
  • If self-employed: Last year’s tax returns or last bank statements.

Once approved, the $100.00 Holding Deposit will be applied to your security deposit. Please note that all money paid, including move in, must be in money order or cashiers check. No personal checks or cash will be accepted prior to moving in. After move-in personal checks will be accepted.

When you have applied and gone through the application process and have been approved, about a week before your move-in date, you must turn on your utilities. Here are a few numbers that will help you out
