TheSGGS Institute of Engineering and Technology, Nanded has called the expression ofinterestfor DESIGN, MANUFACTURE, SUPPLY, ERECTION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING INCLUDINGWARRANTY, OPERATION & MAINTENANCE OFGRID CONNECTED ROOF-TOP SOLAR PHOTOVOLTAIC SOLAR POWER PLANTS IN RESCO MODEL for the captive use of Solar Power under net metering scheme of GOM on the following terms & condition

  • All the terms & conditions of Solar Energy Corporation ltd,New Delhi, RfS No.: SECI/C&P/MNRE/1000MW RT/IND/122016 will be strictly applicable to this EOI.
  • The selected Bidders for Maharashtra under above referred tender only can apply the EOI

Selection Criteria

  • As this is a tender for already selected parties by Solar Energy Corporation Of India, Ltd, New Delhi wherein L1 power rate of Rs 3.62 per Kwh for Maharashtra is finalized all the short listed bidders ready to supply at that rate will be eligible however priority will be given to the bidders having installation and service arrangements in Nanded, experience, financial competency or reputation of the company.
  • Technical Evaluation Committee (TEC) of SGGSEIT.TEC, if necessary, will inspect the projects already carried out by the vendors, as well as their manufacturing facilities for finally deciding on the selection at this stage. The TEC will have rights to reject any vendors without assigning any reasons or reputation if it feels the technical competency or reputation of the company is inadequate.
  • Technical.

All the technical criteria mentioned in the Solar Energy Corporation of India, Ltd, New Delhi RFS no.SECI/C&P/MNRE/1000MW RT/IND/122016 will prevail.

Power Purchase Agreement

SGSS will sign the Power purchase agreement as per draft Model Power Purchase Agreement provided in the Solar Energy Corporation of India, Ltd, New Delhi RFS no.SECI/C&P/MNRE/1000MW RT/IND/122016 will prevail

Other Terms and Conditions

All the terms and conditions mentioned in the Solar Energy Corporation of India, Ltd, New Delhi RFS no.SECI/C&P/MNRE/1000MW RT/IND/122016 will prevail

  • Coordination With MAHADICOM (Other agencies if any ) Will be done by short listed Agency
  • Check Meter to be installed along with main meter
  • Work Will have to be Carried out in working hour Without Disturbance to college functioning
  • Monkey Protection to system will provided by you
  • Authorized person should be available in premises for Coordination
  • Work shop/ Training section to Faculty, Staff, and Students on to solar PV System to be conducted as and when required at our premises.
  • Digital display/ SCADA System per to System if Provided will be Preferred
  • All the approvals required for installation of solar power plat from various Government bodies should be drawn by the selected agency.
  • In case for any alternation or addition of existing structure, agency has to reshuffle his machine at his own cost.

SCOPE OF THE INSTITUTE

•SGGSIE&T will Provide Consent for initial survey of site and provide required documents

•SGGSIE&T provide consent letter as per format to the Shortlisted Bidder

•SGGSIE&T will Sign Power Purchase Agreement approved by SECI with the shortlisted Bidder

•SGGSIE&T will provide Rooftop Space for installation of project

•SGGSIE&T will provide access to installation Team and Maintenance team to site. Team should be authorised by to Agency.

•SGGSIE&T will provide water for cleaning of Module throughout 25 years.

•SGGSIE&T will provide Security to the Project.

•SGGSIE&T will provide NOC to Lenders of the project. It does not mean any legal right on institute property. Only permission for installation of solar PV System on root top is given for 25 year.

•SGGSIE&T will provide Consent to pay energy bill directly to lenders of the project.

•SGGSIE&T will provide Single Point Contact for taking Joint Meter Reading and submission of Invoices or if No of Meters as more the matter will be derided by SGGSIE&T Competent Authority.

•SGGSIE&T will Pay Energy Charges regularly as per the terms mentioned in PPA

•Up gradation of Metering Scheme and Electrical System to be completed as per MSEDCL requirements will be done by SGGS.

•The Director reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders from any or all the agencies without assigning any reason.

Cost of tender is Rs. 2000/- (rupees two thousand only) non-refundable to be paid online at

Earnest Money Deposit:

The tenderer should deposit Rs. 50000/- on line at Earnest Money Deposit (E.M.D.). The E.M.D. shall be valid for a period of not less than180 days from the date of opening of the tender. Any type of exemption for E.M.D. will not be given or considered. The tender not accompanied by an E.M.D. shall be treated as “non-responsive” and may be rejected. The E.M.D. will be returned promptly to the unsuccessful tenderers.
