Participant Code of Conduct

Each student of Imperial College who receives a charity bursary is expected to:

  • Be mindful of their role as a representative of Imperial College
  • Take responsibility for their own health and safety whilst undertaking their internship, reporting any concerns to the internship provider in the first instance and seeking advice from the Careers Service if required
  • Maintain good and prompt communication with the internship provider
  • Complete the full internship as agreed with the organisation
  • Maintain regular contact with the Careers Service where requested
  • Take part in pre & post placement activities as requested by the Careers Service e.g. attend a preparation workshop, prepare blog posts for our website and attend our celebration event
