Carrier reserves the right to reject any package found not in good order and conditions.
Neither the Carriers nor it’s Agents will accept any liability for the consequences of cargo being shut out and/or any delaying of the relevantshipment schedule.Carriage of cargo is subject to the terms and conditions of the Carriers Bill of Lading and the applicable tariff.
Shippers whether Principals or Agents, shall be liable for loss or damage to any person or interest whatsoever caused by dangerous orinjurious goods shipped without full disclosure of their nature and whether shipper are aware thereof or not. Such goods may be destroyedwithout compensations.
In case shippers delay to settle any freight and charges to the agent, caused any legal action, and/or any enforcement for settlement againstshippers, shippers need to reimburse the agent on demand for all cost concerned (e.g. but not limited to : Cost of solicitor, cost payable tothird parties to take action for freight collection and etc. ……)
