2012 Vendor Badge Request

·  The deadline for receipt of badge requests is 8:00pm on 31 Jan 2011. After this date/time, a $10 fee per pass applies.

·  Vendor badge requests must be submitted by the booth’s owner or manager.

·  You must submit a photo for each participant if one is not already on file. See next page for guidelines.

·  These badges are meant for your employees, spouse/partner and children only. Please do not abuse this privilege.

·  Each booth receives four passes except food booths, which receive six.

2012 Vendor Badge Guidelines

Participant Photos

Every badge request must be accompanied by or followed by a headshot of each participant, unless we already have one on file.

·  Photos can be either in digital or print format, as long as there is a clear image of the participant’s face. Photos with sunglasses are not permitted.

·  We can edit and crop your photos for you. If you submit a print photo and want it back, let us know

·  Please indicate the participants’ names on each photo, by writing on the back or renaming the digital image file

Collection Times & Location

ID cards can be picked up as follows:

·  Feb 3-9 – 11am – 2pm – at Isa Konakowitz’s trailer (see below)

·  Feb 10th beginning at 4pm – at the Campground guard shack

Finding Isa From the Butterfly Gate - (the entrance with the white sign that says “SWFF” and is located just to the east of the gate with two billboards on 290) Turn in off 290 and proceed straight down the road, passing a left turn where you’ll see a small road with some RVs, and taking the left onto a larger road immediately after it. Up the road a bit on the right you’ll see a trailer with a screened porch which is where Isa lives. If you have any trouble call her at 612 799 9594.

Finding Isa from inside the faire: From the big pub at the top of the hill, proceed on the road past the Italian restaurant and exit through the gate in the village fence. Isa’s trailer is down the road on the left, easily identifiable by its screened porch. If you have any trouble call her at 612 799 9594.

Lost Badges

Replacement badges will cost $20.

New or Replacement Badges Requested During our 2012 Season

During faire season, badge production will occur only sporadically. If you can email your requests by 8pm on a Thursday evening then we should be able to drop off the finished badges at the Campground Entrance’s security booth for you by Friday at 4pm.

Transfer of Badges

We understand that personnel changes happen, so although our policy is to not allow badge transfers, for each booth we will allow one such exchange during the faire season. If you surrender an old badge to us, you can have a new one created to replace it. The $10 fee still applies after the deadline.

Settling of Accounts

We will remind you of any fees your particular requests have incurred when we let you know your badges have been produced. Please pay your fees as soon as possible by one of these methods:

-  In person at our Administration building (hand the payment to someone inside or insert it through the mail slot)
