Shell Accountancy Training – CIMA and ACCA

If you are NOT part of the 3 Year Graduate Program then you must get approval from the Country Finance Functional Lead (CFFL) or designate before you can start your studies and book onto a BPP course.

To evidence this you have to send your approval email through to along with your booking form.

To get set up to use BPP Online Classroom, please follow the two-step process:

STEP 1

If you are a new student intending to study with ACCA or CIMA, you must first register with your chosen institute:

CIMA:

Please obtain from the relevant institute, the following:

- A student registration number

- Details of exam registration dates

- Details of exam dates

- Locations of exam centres in your country

NB! Please Note: to assist Shell with results monitoring, all students must give the relevant institute (ACCA/CIMA) permission to share results with their employer and training provider.

STEP 2

Register with BPP and book onto the Online Classroom courses for the paper(s) you intend to study. Please complete the BPP application form below and email it to

If you are part of a non-operated Joint venture then you will be asked to provide credit card details for payment up front.

Username and Password

Once your booking has been processed, you will receive username and password details to login into Online Classroom within 7-14 days prior to the course start date that you have chosen. Please note this varies according to when you submitted your booking. BPP strongly recommend booking your course at least 2 weeks before the start date as this will ensure we provide your online log in credentials as well as physical materials in enough time to prepare you for your studies.

Materials

You will receive physical materials from BPP which will be sent to your address your have provided on the form. Please note all materials are available on the Online Classroom.

Please note with customs and international shipping constraints we can not guarantee the exact arrival of your physical materials.

Please ignore the invoice attached on the materials package. This is for customs purposes only and no action is required by Shell employees.

NB! Please Note: you must use your Online Classroom materials and resources alongside your physical materials to get the most from your course. Your usage (time spent online) will be monitored and reported to Shell to identify students that may need additional support.

By submitting this booking form you are granting the institute permission to release your exam results to your training provider as well as your employer.

As per the Shell Accreditation policy, Shell students cannot defer or cancel courses once they have registered with BPP.

Course Exams (Mock Exams) are mandatory and should be completed with significant effort. Statistics show that students who submit both course exams are more likely to pass the real exam than those who do not.

BPP provide Shell with management information which includes your usage (time spent online) as well as Course Exam results. BPP use this information to identify students that may need additional support throughout their studies.
