- Inform City Region Welfare Reform meeting of the Action Plan of the group and share minutes / mapping exercise ideas

- Discussion about Big Lottery proposals and which bids each organisation had expressed an interest in. Short listing taking place later in March so will update at the next meeting

- Social media briefing session has been arranged for 1st April 2013 and will be held in the Digital Media Centre in the Moorfoot Building – to be delivered jointly by Sarah Morton/Eileen (SYHA) and Maxine Bowler (Heeley Development Trust) – room holds 11 PCs (potential to double up on terminals)

- Potential speakers from outside housing e.g. Victoria Betton NHS/Police
