2.  Planning & Zoning Item #07-025 – Willis Storage – Owner Al Willis is requesting annexation and rezoning (from B-2 to HB) of 5.39 acres + or – of property located at 200 and 220 South Willis Drive, tax parcel 1970002709 (portion of).

3.  #07-073 – Lake Serene – Agent J.C. Skane is requesting approval of a Master Plan as a conditional use. The 51.68 acre tract is currently zoned MF-10 with a PRD Overlay and is located at 4215 Shelley Lane and 4311 Todd Road, tax parcels 22900044 & 2290004404.

c.  Motion to approve/deny rezoning 9.98 acres + or – of property located at 200 S. Willis Drive, tax parcel 1970002713, from B-2 to HB.

2.  Planning & Zoning Item #07-025 – Willis Storage – Owner Al Willis is requesting annexation and rezoning (from B-2 to HB) of 5.39 acres + or – of property located at 200 and 220 South Willis Drive, tax parcel 1970002709 (portion of).

d.  Acceptance of gdedication of roadway and utilities (if complete).

3.  Planning & Zoning item #06-070 – Brookberry Estates – Owner Charles and Rose Hunter are requesting approval of a Master Plan as a conditional use. The 11.01 acre tract is located at 1027 Village Point Road SW and is currently zoned R-10 with a PRD Overlay.

a.  Motion to approve/deny the Master Plan as a conditional use and any special conditions as set forth by the Board of Aldermen.

b.  Preliminary plat approval.

4.  Discussion of claim for “vested rights” for Phase II of San Rio. (See attached.)

5.  #07-058 – San Rio Phase 2 - Set public hearing for February 5, 2008. Agent Jim Wiseman is requesting annexation and rezoning from R-7500 to MF-10 with a PRD Overlay – 78.74 acres + or – of property located off Gray Bridge Road (tax parcel 19800002) and conditional use approval of Master Plan.

6.  #07-020 – San Rio – Set public hearing for February 5, 2008. Agent Jim Wiseman is requesting an amendment to the Master Plan- Tax parcel 19800002, 728.24 acres located on Gray Bridge Road. The property is currently zoned R-10, MF-10 with a PRD Overlay.

7.  Request by San Rio to allow zoning compliance letters to be issued by the Town for individual house permits and other facility construction before the construction of and acceptance/dedication to the Town of public infrastructure such as water, sewer, and roadways. (See attached.)
