- SH to organise PTA noticeboard
- SH to chase school’s request for books – spending agreed before half term
- Update on KS1 spending – School Grant has fallen through so our subsidy is being reconsidered and a request will be made to PTA. Suggestion that member of staff attends PTA meeting to talk through request.
- PTA meetings and events were advertised in school newsletter and considered to be a great success. Feedback has been very positive and SH to request this be a regular feature.
- Lack of publicity led to Quiz Night being cancelled. Posters were produced and delivered to school but not displayed. PTA acknowledges that staff are busy so have offered to display posters in school (Suzie and Sarah have volunteered). Class reps to take on responsibility too.
- Discussed possibility of holding a quiz in a smaller venue in future.
- New parents to be invited to September Quiz
- Dates of events to be agreed for next year
- Summer Ball – only 1 table left to fill – very successful advertising and uptake. Prizes all organised.

4 / Golf day – 26th June 2015
- Wayne and Dave to organise and advertise now – Summer Ball done so will not compete with salls
- 18 hole, 40 to 50 people, fee of £45 includes BBQ at 4pm
- Bacon Sandwiches on arrival
- £12 additional fee for visitors
- Numbers need to be confirmed 1 week before event
- Reception Sports Day also on 26th June, 9.30 to 12pm so golf could start after this at around 12.30pm
