Call to order at 7:03PM

In attendance- Dan Leza, Heidi de Rueda, Geneva Deering, John Rodriguez, Mike Petty, Melanie Petty, Kristina Blass, Victor Perez, Tony Sanchez, DJ Leza, Glenn Loo, Ray Moreno. Absent- Kevin Casas, Todd Bradford, Greg Tirri, Leo Gorespe, Corinna Aguirre. Resigned from Board effective August 2011 – Christina Casas and Linda Rodriguez and Leo Gorespe.

Tresurer – Absent

·  Set up accounts with Corinna and Tony for check writing –

·  No district 59 meeting

·  Preparing for Fall Ball

·  Coordinator for Fall Ball Geneva Deering

·  Keys and locks – need to have sign out in place for keys and alarms. Field storage F1 and F2 locks need to be changed due to someone on Travel ball team using the storage and left it open.

·  Baseball clinic- do we want to have one – still pending

·  Field status – need to make sure everything is ready for Fall Ball

Elections- Secretary Heidi de Rueda

·  Sent out ballots in June received them in July and invited everyone with a vote to come to this meeting.

·  New elected positions for upcoming season 11-12.

·  Hats and shirts? Yes we want merchandise with our logo. Kristina had logo that we all liked and approved need to find vendor.

·  Need fundraiser program for 2012 season?

·  Team Prize for 2011 – John took care of it and the team is going to their event this month.

Equipment Manager – Tony Sanchez

·  We have ordered shirts for Fall Ball

Field Director – Ray Moreno

·  Start looking at what is needed for Fall Ball and spring season.

·  Need to move field storage boxes from Orchard School to F4
