The Kiwanis Club of Celina is pleased to announce its scholarship applications for 2017 - 2018. Five $500 scholarships will be presented to seniors currently enrolled at Celina High School who have shown exemplary community service participation. Selection will be made from applications of students who plan to attend either a two or four year college, vocational, technical, or trade school.

Selection will be determined by community service, leadership qualities and scholastic achievement. Financial need is not a consideration. These awards will be made to deserving CelinaHigh School students without regard to sex, race, color, or national origin.

In addition, one scholarship is given in honor of Ray Cron, a former principal of Immaculate Conception School and a Kiwanis Charter member. Applicants who attended Immaculate Conception School are eligible for this award. Eligible applicants should indicate his/her attendance at the bottom of this page.

Also, this year we are one scholarship is given in honor of Kenneth Rosengarten, past president and longtime member of Celina Kiwanis

Applications should be returned to your guidance counselor by March 20, 2018.

All questions should be answered completely. If more space is needed due to handwriting/type size, additional sheets may be attached—please be sure to staple all sheets together. If necessary, the top applicants may be asked to give a brief presentation to the Kiwanis Club of Celina at a date to be determined.

Again, the application deadline is March 20, 2018. The recipients will be announced at the Celina High School Awards Ceremony. The recipients will be invited to attend a meeting of the Kiwanis Club of Celina.
