TeamUltra is an IT Service Management (ITSM) company, whose main function, as a Preferred Solutions Partner, is to resell and consult in the ServiceNow Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. Due to the successof this product, and outstanding customer satisfaction, the company is growing rapidly.

The Services Sales Executivewill join our sales team driving new business revenue. This position is a high-profile growth opportunity that demands a highly motivated individual with strong sales, communications and organisational skills that is eager to succeed and become part of a rapidly growing company.
TheSoftware Sales Executive is required to generate new business sales revenue within assigned vertical markets or list of named accounts, with some management of existing TeamUltra customers. This will be achieved by territory planning, using business development techniques and field-based sales activities in conjunction with ServiceNow.

Specific Responsibilities:

Achieve sales quotas for allocated territory on a quarterly and annual basis by:

  • Developing a sales strategy in the allocated territory with a target prospect and customer list and defined sales plan.
  • Prospect qualification, development and execution of sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams.
  • Building effective relationships and business plans with ServiceNow customer account executives and acting as the face of TeamUltra to drive revenue opportunities within target markets.
  • Tailoring the TeamUltra value proposition to prospects based on in-depth research of specific business conditions and the expanding ServiceNow portfolio
  • Pipeline management, sales process management including effective forecasting and opportunity closure.
  • Arranging and conducting initial meetings and presentations that are tailored to the prospect or customer and focusing on their business drivers and use cases.
  • Being the trusted advisor to the customer by understanding their existing and future IT roadmap to drive the ServiceNow solution within the marketplace.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key executives and decision makers.

  • A highly collaborative working style. Able to build and foster good working relationships with all levels of customers, partners and internally in TeamUltra.
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Previous services sales experience gained within software or IT sales organization in managing sales cycles with new and existing customers.
  • Working with TeamUltra delivery team to develop industry specific solutions that differentiate TeamUltra
  • Commercially astute, experience in developing business case and ROI together with customer’s personnel.
  • Ability to understand the “bigger picture” and the business drivers.
  • Ability to articulate the value of solutions to prospects and to leverage this to drive maximum revenue opportunity.
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Experienced in using sales database tools for tracking and managing leads, opportunities and activities and for generating performance reports.

Minimum education or certification:

  • Must have at least 4years’ experience of selling IT services or software to upper mid-market / enterprise customers.
