Job Description:
Summary:
· Assist with service and warranty in support of sales to OEM’s, service dealers, fleet, and retail customers
Responsibilities:
Service Responsibilities:
· Assist customers with troubleshooting service issues over the phone
· Perform field repairs on customer equipment as required
· Complete service paperwork for billing and warranty purposes
· Perform routine maintenance of company vehicles and equipment
· Read and interpret customer and internal engineering prints and specifications
· Notify supervisor of any in the field production/supplier errors
· Other duties as assigned
Assembly Responsibilities
· Assist production as required
· Follow written assembly work instructions for engine builds
Qualifications:
Education:
· High School diploma or GED
· Technical Degree
· ASE Certified mechanic preferred
Special Requirements:
· Engine and parts failure troubleshooting and analysis experience.
· Knowledge of internal combustion engines mechanical and electrical systems
· Ability to use calibrated measurement instruments
· General proficiency with computer and MS Office software
· Able to lift 50 lbs
· Safety Conscious
· General knowledge of hand and power tool use
