Equipment/supplies / Betty Crocker wild blueberry muffin mix, canned blueberries, water, oil, eggs, bowl, blender, nonstick pan, oven with timer or something to time the cooking, cooking spray or shortening, measuring cup to measure water and oil. muffin cups, spoon, and oven gloves to take out of the oven.
Facilities required/environment / Kitchen
Precautions / Kitchen gloves are required because it is very hot

Sequence/Directions (Details of how a to move through the activity from start to finish)

1. Heat oven to 400。F for nonstick pan.

2. Place paper baking cups in 12 regular-size muffin cups, or grease bottoms of muffin cups with cooking spray or shortening.

3. Drain blueberries; rinse and set aside (It is canned blueberries)

4. Stir Muffin Mix, and measure out water and oil: water (3/4 cup), vegetable oil (1/4 cup), and two eggs in medium bowl just until blended (batter may be lumpy).

5. Open the canned blueberries, put it in the muffin mix, and stir it gently.

6. Divide better among muffin cups (about ¼ cup each).

7. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown and tops spring back when touched.

8. Cool 5 minutes; carefully remove from pan (if muffins are not in paper cups, run knife around sides before removing).

9. Cool completely before storing.
