Senior Yearbook Information Sheet/Check List
- ______Senior Make Up Portraits will be held Monday, October 3rd.If you haven’t had you
picture taken yet, an appointment has been scheduled for you. (The appointment list is
posted outside of C-8). Please do not miss it.There are a few retake appointments
available in the afternoon. You need to call Lors Studio @ 908-964-0847 to book one of
the time slots. See Mrs. Cocco (C-8) with questions.
2. ______The Senior Group Photograph will be taken in the main gym on Monday,
October 17th during period 2. Please make every effort to be in school that day.
3. ______How would you like your name listed under your senior portrait? Please
hand in the form to Mrs. Cocco (C-8) by FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 30th. You will have the opportunity to proofread(NOT CHANGE) your selection during English class to make sure it is correct.
4. ______ Senior Superlative, Senior Favorites and Teacher Superlative votes
are to be handed to Mrs. Cocco (C-8) by FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 30th(If she is not there, you can slip the packet under her door or put it in her mailbox in the main office). Winners will be notified through mail during homeroom. Pictures will be held Tuesday, November 8th during 10th period. If you win, you are expected to be there and have your props with you. (NOTE: You are only getting one copy of the packet, so please don’t lose it)
5. ______ Elementary Class Photographs are needed. We would like 2 from each
sending district. If you have them, please lend them to Mrs. Cocco
(C-8) by FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 30th. They will be returned to you if you put your name on the back of them.
6. ______Remind you parents that Baby Ads are due to Mrs. Cocco by FRIDAY,
SEPTEMBER 30th.
7. ______Senior Portrait Selection is to be made through the photo company by Tuesday,
November 1st. If you do not call them with your selection, they will make the selection for you.
8. ______Email Mrs. Cocco () your senior portrait writing by
FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 30th.
- 500 characters or less (including spaces and punctuation)
- Make sure your writing is school appropriate—it will be edited/deleted if there is any question as to what it means
- NO HAND WRITTEN SUBMISSIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED!!!!
- NO LATE SUBMISSIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED!!!!!
Note: You can submit any of the above early if you are doneand are afraid of losing them.
