All pictures and CDs must have your name and 1st period class on the back to ensure their proper return. We will try to return these pictures to you, but there is no guarantee. Return this form with your pictures to Mrs. Whelen or Mrs. Neill-Adams in room 106. Pictures can also be emailed to or .

Quarter pages are due by November 1, 2013 (including your senior pictures and up to 2 other pictures).
Please print carefully. Every quarter page MUST have a senior picture.

The yearbook will be $75 this year. To have a quarter page, you must buy the yearbook. A $50 deposit must be made at the time of the purchase. The remaining $25 balance will be due by February 1st, 2014.
