Responsible for the strategic transformation of CircuitCity.com, #17 on Internet Retailer’s Top 500 eCommerce sites in America (2007) with over a billion dollars in revenue and directly influencing over six billion dollars of in-store sales in FY2008.

·  Drove over $150 million in incremental revenue over a three year period through increases in conversion rate, average order value, and units per ticket

·  Envisioned, socialized and executed a four-tiered strategic plan for CircuitCity.com, focusing on multichannel integration, solution selling, personalization, and online community building. Developed and managed a long-term product roadmap to execute against the plan

·  Introduced the user-centered design and usability research disciplines to the organization. Designed and presented prototypes to demonstrate concepts and provide organizational focus

·  Managed the product development lifecycle, defining new onsite marketing capabilities (A/B testing, collaborative filtering, content personalization, discussion forums, blogs and customer Q&As) and large-scale enhancements to the customer experience (product information, search and navigation, wishlists, checkout)

·  Partnered with leading web service providers including IBM Business Consulting, Endeca, Bazaarvoice, iGoDigital, Pluck, Guidester, and Easy2

·  Participated in a year-long corporate strategy and innovation program to develop next-generation multichannel concepts

Christian Children’s Fund (CCF USA), Richmond, VA

Interactive Communications Manager: 7/2004-11/2005

Rebranded and rebuilt the entire interactive program (websites, emails, and online marketing vehicles) for one of the largest non-governmental relief agencies in the country, receiving over $220 million in donations in FY2004.

·  Drove improvements across all key business metrics, including a 61% increase in online child sponsorships and a 40% increase in online donations

·  Defined requirements for major CCFUSA.org redesign, facilitated usability tests, designed site-maps, wireframes, HTML templates, and supporting graphics, developed CSS style guides

·  Introduced personalization, usability, and community-building tools to the organization

·  Improved cross-functional collaboration and communication while partnering with multiple external service providers
