The President

Dr. Noel Woodroffe

Dr. Noel Woodroffe, President and Founder of Congress WBN

Dr. Noel Woodroffe is the Founder and President of Congress WBN (C-WBN) a global, faith-based organization committed to effecting human, social, and national transformation through the propagation of values-based development principles, patterns, and approaches.

Dr. Woodroffe functions out of the headquarters of C-WBN in Trinidad and Tobago, West Indies. He is a globally recognized leadership development specialist and has designed, coordinated and facilitated numerous leadership training, organizational transformation and education-based initiatives across the globe.

C-WBN is composed of 8 Sectors of strategic operations involving networks of professional groups, educational institutions, businesses, churches, individual national leaders, and university students. The Congress operates on every continent and in over 90 nations.

Dr. Woodroffe is also the Founder of the Kingdom Community Network (KCN), a network of hundreds of church communities linked across 16 geographical regions.

He is the Founder and Executive Chairman of Congress Global Consulting (CGC), a management and leadership development consultancy based in London. In 1999 he started NorthGateCollege, a private secondary school in St. Augustine, Trinidad that places an emphasis on holistic, values-based education.

He travels extensively around the world, developing leaders and leadership systems through Seminars, Conferences and other interventions; and supervises the growth and development of the diverse and multifaceted operations of the Congress globally.

Dr. Woodroffe is the Senior Elder of Elijah Centre Global, a Bible-believing church headquartered in Trinidad.

Congress WBN is given oversight by a 6-member leadership team called the Apostolic Core Team.

Dr. Noel Woodroffe

Dr. Woodroffe is the Founder and President of Congress WBN and Leader of the strategic oversight team of the Kingdom Community Network (KCN). He is Senior Elder of Elijah Centre Global – A Global Borderless Kingdom Community. The base in Trinidad is called EC Nexus and is the supporting core for several EC Embassies in cities around the world. He is married to June.

Scott Webster

Scott is the founder of Scott Webster Ministries (SWM) and a key prophetic voice in the United States and across the world.

Scott is the Global Director of Congress WBN’s Global Insight Services Sector, and is responsible for leadership training and the development and delivery of prophetic ministry in the nations. Scott is an advisor to churches, businesses and leaders globally and is also the author of several books on the prophetic and prophetic ministry.

Scott lives with his wife Kathy and their family in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.

David Copp

David leads Bridging the Gap network in Japan, and he also provides in-house apostolic oversight to City at the Cross, Long Beach, California which is led by his son David Copp Jnr. He is our “Caleb” providing patterns of longevity and consistency of purpose. His wife is Lana.

Paul Humberstone

Paul is the leader of New Sight Network which has its headquarters in Cardiff, Wales, United Kingdom. New Sight provides both spiritual and secular training both individually as personal life skills training, and corporately as management training and consultancy. He is the primary coordinator of Elijah Centre Embassy in Cardiff where he lives with his wife, Patricia.

Anderson Williams

Anderson is Associate Elder of Elijah Centre Global – the Creative Core of Congress WBN. He has specific responsibility for oversight and development of the initiatives of the KCN in Western Europe, Eastern Europe, and the Balkans. He is married to Caroline.

Steve Schultz

Steve is the apostolic leader of Preparing the Way Network (PTWN), an apostolic network of churches related in divine purpose. He is also the Senior Pastor of The Community (TC), a Kingdom Community based in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

PTWN is a Related Network in the Congress and Steve also has leadership responsibilities for development of the prophetic as a member of the Strategic Leadership Team of the Global Insight Services (GIS) Sector of Congress WBN. Steve works closely with Scott Webster within the GIS, and also as an Associate Ministry within Scott Webster Ministries (SWM), a prophetic ministry designed to deliver the prophetic to churches and networks.

Steve and his wife, Diane, have 6 children and 11 grandchildren. They reside near Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Executive Attachés

Marlon Jameson is an Executive Attaché to the President of Congress WBN. As one of two Global Directors within the Global Communications & Technology sector of Congress WBN, he is charged with the responsibility for developing communications systems and information flows throughout the Congress.

Jameson earned an undergraduate degree from the University of the West Indies. As a British Chevening Scholar, he holds a Masters in International Political Economy from the University of Warwick. A former member of the academic staff in the Graduate Institute of International Relations at the University of the West Indies, St Augustine, he has considerable experience in the field of education, leadership, and human development, having structured, developed, and delivered many academic programs and courses. He is currently in the process of completing his doctoral studies in International Relations at the Institute.

As the International Affairs Specialist for Congress WBN, he focuses on the identification of emerging trends within the global political economy and the prescription of strategic organizational and leadership approaches to the dynamic changes occurring within human society.

He lives in Trinidad with his wife Alana and their family.

Ernest King is an Executive Attaché to the President of Congress WBN, with responsibility for the Reformation Teaching Advance (RTA) and Congress Corporate (CC) sectors.

He is an Executive Director at TSG Consulting, with responsibility for Organizational Development Consulting. He currently oversees the key areas of Strategic Planning, Organization Design & Development; Executive Recruitment, Performance Management and Succession Planning; and Job Analysis and Evaluation. As an experienced, Human Resource practitioner, Mr. King has also designed programs, strategies and interventions to achieve behavioral adjustments, cultural shifts, and organizational transformation.

Mr. King has over 25 years experience in the Caribbean financial services sector, having worked in senior management positions in Retail Banking, Operations Management, and Human Resource Management.

He is based in Trinidad with his wife Rosalind and their family.

Graham King is an Executive Attaché to the President of Congress WBN, with responsibility for the Global Leadership Interlink (GLI) sector.

He holds undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Warwick in the UK.

He is a lecturer in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering at the University of the West Indies, St Augustine, Trinidad.

He lives in Trinidad with his wife Joanna and their family.

Paul Lindo is an Executive Attachéto the President of Congress WBN and Leader of the Elijah Centre Embassy in London. He is a Service Delivery Manager at IBM Global Services.

He lives in London with his wife Julie and their family.

Bevil Wooding is an Executive Attaché to the President of Congress WBN. As Chief Knowledge Officer (CKO) of the Congress, he is responsible for ensuring that C-WBN maximizes the value it achieves from harnessing one of its most important assets—knowledge—through the effective utilization of Information and Communications Technology (ICT).

As one of two Global Directors within the Global Communications & Technology sector of Congress WBN, he is charged with the responsibility for technology utilization, ICT resource development, and knowledge management.

Mr. Wooding is a technology pioneer in the Caribbean, and a strong advocate for the use of Internet technologies in developing nations. He has facilitated seminars and workshops on e-government, as well as ICT and national development in the US, Africa, Europe, and the Caribbean. A tireless technology evangelist, Wooding works with US-based non-profit research organization, Packet Clearing House, to design capacity-building workshops and to support critical internet infrastructure for Governments, Internet Service Providers (ISPs), policy-makers, and research communities regionally and internationally.

Bevil is based in Trinidad where he lives with his wife Camille and their family.

Farid Youssef is an Executive Leader of Congress WBN and the Director of the Global Leadership Interlink (GLI), a global network of professionals and university students committed to the development of society by impacting governance systems through the promotion of values-based leadership.

In the latter capacity, Farid leads an international team that is responsible for GLI’s global operations and the development of systems and programs to provide mentorship and training to students and professionals across the earth. Areas of training and development include Values-based Leadership Development, Understanding Global Society, Maximizing Potential and Human Development. He has also been a feature speaker at numerous training seminars and participated in several international conferences on Leadership Development.

Farid holds a medical degree and a PhD in Physiology from The University of the West Indies and a postgraduate Diploma in International Policy and Diplomacy from the University of Staffordshire, UK. He lives with his wife and three children in St. Augustine, Trinidad and Tobago.

Senior Development Coordinators (SDCs)

Steve Aleong

Steve Aleong was born in the nation of Trinidad and Tobago, on the island of Trinidad in the West Indies. He is the Senior Elder of King of Kings Life Centre, a Kingdom Community located in the eastern side of the island of Trinidad.

Steve was one of the Pastors present at the birthing of the WBN in 1993 and has followed the movements of the Congress until this day.

He is the SDC responsible for the operations of the KCN in Trinidad.

Steve is married to Neilah and together they have one son, one daughter who are both married and the grandparents of one grandson and one granddaughter.

Paul Ogedengbe

Paul Ogedengbe was born in the nation of Nigeria, Africa.

His initial contact with Dr Woodroffe was at a prophetic Conferencein London in 1991 in which Dr Woodroffe was ministering on “Preparing the Way of the Lord” which incidentally were the same words spoken to him by the Lord two weeks prior to this meeting. His heart was joined to the grace of DNW and he has engaged in a relentless pursuit of the Lord unto this day.

As an SDC, Paul has the responsibility of managing the operations of the Congress in the region of West Africa, which comprises the nations of Cameroun, Nigeria, BeninRepublic, Togo, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Liberia, Mali and Burkina Fasso.

Paul is married to Adeola and they have three daughters

Joseph Njoroge

Joseph Njoroge, is a Kenyan by birth and is also the Senior Elder of a Kingdom Community called Life Reformation Centre located in the city of Eldoret Nairoibi, Kenya.

Though the denominational church he was responsible for at the time was in the midst of massive growth, there was still a strong dissatisfaction with the general condition of the church. Joseph was invited to a meeting in August 1998 where Dr Woodroffe was ministering, and it was there that his heart was immediately joined and the words he heard brought him to the end of his search.

As an SDC, Joseph has the responsibility of managing the operations of the Congress in the region of East Africa which comprises the nations of Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Burundi, Rwanda and Southern Sudan.

Joseph and his wife Jane have three sons.

Wingrove Spencer

Wingrove was born in the island of Antigua located in the West Indies and is the Senior Elder of a Kingdom Community in Antigua called Precision Life Centre.

Wingrove came into contact with Dr Woodroffe in 1992. He was one of the Pastors present at the birthing of the WBN in 1993 and has followed the movements of the Congress until this day.

As an SDC, Wingrove has the responsibility of managing the operations of the Congress in the Eastern Caribbean, which comprises the countries of St. Lucia, Dominica, St. Kitts, Nevis, Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Turks and Caicos Islands and Jamaica.

Wingrove and his wife Valerie have three sons.

Tekleab Zeru

Tekleab Zeru was born in the nation of Ethiopia, Africa and is the Senior Elder of Jubilee Reformation Centre located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Tekleab met Dr. Woodroffe in 1995 at a meeting in Cairo, Egypt and later became a member of the then WBN.

As an SDC, Tekleab has the responsibility of managing the operations of the Congress in the Horn of Africa which comprises the nations of Ethiopia, Eritrea, Djibouti, and Somalia.

Tekleab and his wife Zewdinesh have one son and one daughter.

Cyril Phiri

Cyril was born in the nation of Zambia, Africa and is the Senior Elder of a Kingdom Community called Restoration Ministries in the capital city of Lusaka, Zambia.

As an SDC, Cyril has the responsibility of managing the operations of the Congress in Southern Africa, which comprises the nations of Zambia, Malawi, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Namibia.

Cyril and his wife Nawa, have three children and one grand daughter.

Christopher Berkeley

Christopher was born in the nation of Trinidad and Tobago, on the island of Trinidad in the West Indies.

Christopher’s initial contact with Dr Woodroffe was in 1992 when the Lord directed him to be joined to Elijah Centre where he became a member. In 1994, he was released and commissioned as the Kingdom Community of Destiny Life Centre was birthed.

As an SDC, Christopher is responsible for managing the operations of the Congress in the nation of Belize.

Christopher and his wife Michelle, have two sons.

Suresh Gunah

Suresh was born in the nation of Mauritius located on the south-eastern coast of Africa in the Indian Ocean.

During his extensive ministry work in the Congo, Suresh came into contact with Dr Woodroffe in 1996 at a meeting he was invited to in South Africa.

Suresh is the Coordinator of Elijah Centre Embassy located in South Africa. As an SDC he has the responsibility of managing the operations of the Congress in the regions of the Indian Ocean, South Africa and Central Africa, which comprises the nations of Mauritius, Reunion island, Madagascar, South Africa, Democratic Republic of Congo, Republic of Congo, Angola, Gabon and Swaziland.

Suresh and his wife, Michelle, have three daughters.

Anaclet Bungudi

Anaclet was born in the nation of Congo and migrated to the Brussels, Belgium where he has resided until this day. He is the Senior Elder of a Kingdom Community called Impact Ministries located in Brussels.

Anaclet became a member of the then WBN in 1998.

As an SDC, he has the responsibility of managing the operations of the Congress in the regions of Western Europe with include nations of Belgium, Switzerland, Finland, Italy, Holland and Germany. In addition, Anaclet works in association with Paul Ogedengbe and Suresh Ghunah in the French-speaking territories.

Anaclet and his wife, Julienne have three sons and two daughters.
