Purpose of Coalition: We educate and support caregivers through community awareness, identifying needs and filling voids in service.

Marketing Committee
a) Discussed caregiver page inserted into ADRC newsletter. Always having the caregiver’s news in the same section of the newsletter.
b) Brochure to workplace
c) Need to spend time promoting the Senior Fair to employees and clients
d) Fall event – Clintonville Health Fair?
Educational Committee
Nothing to report – no meeting
Senior Health Fair – April 25th 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM
Set-up on Tuesday between 2:00 and 3:00
Will need help with clean-up during lunch or helping with trays (lunch), teardown after event
Trivia - members of the coalition will participate (any attendee can win)
Vendors can offer baskets or gift cards at booth. Vendors are responsible to contacting winners
Respite will be offered in lower level
Bank will supply bag
Signs will be made for speaker presentations
Alzheimer’s Walk

Looking for additional Partnerships – extended close date to March 27th, 2012
Walk route has been completed and map has been created and approved by Waupaca Police Department. Send map to Kathleen.
Looking for more committee members to help with marketing event in Waupaca, New London, Clintonville and throughout Waupaca County (need people for distribution of posters and other material, recruiting teams)
