**All flights will be landing at Orlando International Airport (MCO). **
Packing for the First Day:
Students are allowed one checked bag and one carry-on. Even if the student is flying Southwest they are only allowed one checked bag. The student’s checked bag has a weight limit of less than 50 lbs. and they will be charged if it is over. Students will not have access to their check bag until they arrive at the hotel that evening. If your child requires anything the first day, they will have to keep it in their carry-on bag.
On the Class of 2012 website there are two documents to assist in this process.
-Can I Take It? Is an up to date list of permitted and prohibited items released by the TSA.
-Key Travel Tips: Gives guidelines to assist in packing and the screening process.
** All students need to bring a photo ID. A driver’s license is preferred, but their school ID is sufficient**

Dining and Special Dietary Requests:
If a student wants to make a reservation in Disney they can call 407-WDW-DINE.
On the Class of 2012 website there is a document with locations of restaurants that are able to accommodate dietary needs in the Disney Parks.
Money:
The amount of cash students require while in Disney varies from one individual to another. If they are not purchasing souvenirs, they will then spend approximately $200 for food and drinks. They are given $10 the first day, $5 for breakfast daily, dinner on Wednesday and Thursday and an additional $13 on Friday. The students will then be responsible for the difference in breakfast, lunch each day (5 days) and dinner on Tuesday and Saturday at the airport. This again is a rough estimate and students could spend much more if they chose.
