SELF-IMPOSED GAMING LIMITS

Island Luck is committed to providing a socially responsible gaming environment throughout the Bahamas. We are confident that the majority of our customers game responsibly, however we recognize that there may be some customers that would like the option to limit their gaming activities without fully excluding themselves from gaming.

Therefore, in addition to our voluntary self-exclusion program, we have also put in place a Self-Imposed Gaming Limits Program to encourage responsible gaming.

WHAT IS THE SELF-IMPOSED GAMING LIMITS PROGRAM

The program was established to allow persons to voluntarily place limits on their gaming activities at Island Luck. Such available limits are identified below:

·  A limit to the amount you may deposit to your account during a specified period of time;

·  A limit to the maximum amount that may be lost on any number of gaming transactions (lottery) or during any specified period of time;

·  A limit to any wager (Sports betting)

HOW DO I VOLUNTARILY PLACE LIMITS ON MY GAMING ACTIVITY

Customers wishing to place limits on their gaming activity at Island Luck must provide a notice, in writing, to the Customer Care Department. The notice must be delivered in person and must be accompanied by a valid and acceptable form of identification. Acceptable identification is limited to a valid passport, a valid driver’s license or a voter’s card in the name of the account holder. The notice mentioned above must include, at a minimum, the information listed below:

·  Name of account holder, which must agree to the Identification document

·  Account number

·  Limit or limits to be placed on the account

·  Specific time period for each limit set

WHAT HAPPENS IF I REACH MY SELF-IMPOSED LIMITS

Once you have reached any limit placed on your account our system will send a warning message to any display screen currently accessing your account indicating that your limit has been reached. Island Luck will not accept any deposits, permit any losses or accept any wagers, which are in excess of any limits identified in the notice. Persons requesting that a limit to be set to zero will not be subject to any direct marketing of gaming offerings.

HOW CAN I CHANGE OR REMOVE SELF-IMPOSED LIMITS

Responsible gaming is important to us therefore at no time will any representative of Island Luck encourage any person who has set limits to their accounts to increase or remove them. However, persons wishing to change or remove a limit previously set to their account must provide a notice, in writing, to the Customer Care Department requesting that the limit(s) be amended or removed. Any notice requesting the increase or removal of a limit will not take affect until 24 hours after such notice has been received. Any notice requesting the reduction of a limit takes effect upon receipt of the notice. The time period for your self-imposed limit(s) is your decision entirely. All limits however, must be set for a minimum period of thirty-days.
