Insecticides:aCypermethrin, Imidacloprid and Triflumuron compounds (insecticides) are effective against insect pests of stored grain. Cruiser® 350FS contains thiamethoxam which, like imidacloprid, is also a neonicotinoid insecticide. These products protect plants from spread of barley yellow dwarf virus (BYDV) and cereal yellow dwarf virus (CYDV).

Alert for central and southern region of WA for 2018: Loose smut, leaf rust and net blotches of barley needs to pay more attention.
