Objective:

PennDOT seeks proposals to purchase security camera system at our new Norristown Driver License Center, without installation.

Requirements:

PennDOT seeks a vendor that will provide a quote for:

·  High Definition IP cameras
(1) PELCO – Optera Series 12MP Camera, 360°
(1) PELCO – Optera Series 12MP Camera, 180°
(6) Next Generation Sarix™ IBP Series Environmental Bullet cameras (Outside)
(18) Pelco Sarix IME Series IME119-1VS 1 Mp Day/Night Vandal-Resistant Mini Dome Surface Mount IP Cameras

·  Web and mobile device accessible

·  DVR - DSSRV2 Digital Sentry Server

·  Minimum 30 days of stored video footage required

·  All necessary accessories and peripherals

·  All necessary software for both client PCs and DVR

·  See accompanying documents (Norristown_Inside_Cams.pdf and Norristown Outside Cameras.pdf) for location, quantity and types of cameras

Tasks:

The selected Vendor will:

·  Perform configuration of the necessary software and hardware

·  Delivery of product is required by July 25, 2016.
