Section 3: Art and the Development of the Young Child

In this section of your text the relationship of art to social–emotional, physical, and mental growth is discussed. Find the Earlychildhood.com site at Choose from the list of full lesson plans presented for a particular age/grade level. Review the lesson plan for developmental appropriateness.
