Conditions of Acceptance of Second Hand Uniforms for Sale by Consignment
1. All items must be current SPCC uniform with correct badges and logos. Accepted brands are:- Trutex, Valour, Daylight, Cowan & Lewis (blazers only), William Shaw (jumpers & vests only), Noone (bows & ties) & Midford (JS khaki shorts only).
2. Items must be in very good condition, laundered and pressed before they will be accepted.
3. Clothing must not be altered, have stains, paint marks, holes, tears or fading.
4. Blazers must be dry-cleaned with a current, itemised dry-cleaning receipt attached.
5. Any name labels to be removed and written names marked out
6. Shoes, socks, stockings, scungies, hats and sports caps cannot be accepted for health reasons.
7. White shirts without school logo will not be accepted. Used art smocks will not be accepted.
8. All uniforms accepted for sale will be held for a maximum of 24 months only, after which they will be donated
to charity.
9. SPCC Uniform Shop staff has the right to accept and refuse clothing.
SPCC Uniform Shop Staff may thoughtfully dispose of items not accepted for sale in one of the following ways:-

• Donation to school for welfare of other school students.
• Donations to the school’s student exchange program.
• Donation to local charity or SPCC overseas mission trips.

Note:- These will only be held for one month after your items have been processed and you
have been advised to collect them via the above email address provided by you.
Once items have sold:-

• You will receive 50% of the sell price via credit vouchers or direct credit
• Credit voucher(s) will be issued to you via Australia Post. These will be done at the end of each school term.
• Credit vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
• Credit voucher amount must be used in one transaction, no change to be given.
• Credit vouchers are transferrable between school families.
• Credit vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
