· Orders must be received by Tuesday 3:00 pm to participate in Friday Burrito Day.
· Burrito day forms (with check included) can be placed in the “burrito day” box in the main campus office.
· Checks preferred. Please make payable to “SICS 7th Grade Fund”
· Paying for the entire month is preferable.
· Please fill out separate form for each child.
· No refunds for absent days
