Conditions of sale

1A season is defined as those days and times when the Company, at it’s sole discretion, operates lifts and other facilities for winter sports.

2Season passes must be displayed without request on every occasion of passing control points.

3Season passes confer no privileges or priorities on the holder above any other category of pass holder.

4Season passes are NOT TRANSFERABLE and use by any other person than the authorised holder will be treated as FRAUD.

5Security of season passes is the responsibility of the holder. Loss should be reported immediately as it might assist recovery. THE COMPANY DOES NOT UNDERTAKE TO REPLACE LOST SEASON PASSES.

6Refunds will not be made in any circumstances.

7Forfeiture: The validity of a season ticket can be terminated by the Company without compensation if the holder is deemed to be in breach of the conditions of sales or behaves, after due warning in a manner likely to cause danger or disturbance to other skiers or the Company’s equipment.

8Holders of concessionary tickets must provide proof of eligibility at the time of purchase and carry such proof with them while using the Company’s facilities.
