Please take time to remember the Shut-ins and those in nursing homes who are unable to get out. Bring them joy this Christmas Season. Ray Gene Anderson is at Elmbrook, Mary Millea is at Lakeland, Jim Rowten is at the VA, Imogene Jackson, Charlotte Smith and Paul Wiles are at Woodview and Jess Buttons and Peggy McCulloh are at Ardmore Village Lodge. If we missed anyone, please call the church office.

ST. LAWRENCE GUILD – open meetings in the Annex Office every Wednesday, from 4-5 p.m. Start the year out right, come visit us and take part in our ministry for the poor. The need is great and your help is appreciated.

FAITH FORMATION:

Classes for both youth and adult will not meet the next two Sundays, Dec. 28th and January 4th. Classes resume Sunday, January 11th.

This weekend is the 4th week of Advent. Due to classes not meeting on Epiphany Sunday, the elementary students took home lessons for both the 1st and 2nd week of Christmas to be used in the home as a family activity.

The nursery will be closed for all Christmas Masses

SERVERS: To add greater solemnity all servers are cordially invited to participate at both or one of the Masses on Christmas. Both practices will be held on Wednesday, December 24th at 10:00 a.m. for the 7:00 p.m. Mass and 11:00 a.m. for the Midnight Mass. Lunch will be provided and follows right after the 11:00 am practice.

Second collection for the Seminarians/Vocations Fund will be taken up at all Christmas Masses. The Archdiocese of Oklahoma City currently has 15 seminarians studying. Please be generous.

PARISH OFFICES CLOSED

From 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 24th until Monday, December 29th at 9:00 a.m.

POSADO: Preparation for the celebration of Christmas. This is a fiesta for adults and for children after Mass at 12:00 noon on Sunday, December 21st in the parish hall. Substantial hors d’oeuvres and finger foods will be provided. All parishioners, Hispanic and Anglo, are cordially invited to attend.

Bring your family and come early to practice and snack on refreshments provided. Looking forward to sharing our gift of song to those in the nursing homes and Veterans Center.
