Dogs may enter both the Instinct Test and Novice class in the same trial until the dog has earned the RATN title and then they cannot enter the Instinct Test. Any dog completing a division may move up in the next trial. This is up to the handler and not required for 30 days.

DIRECTIONS TO VETERINARIAN’S OFFICE: There are

no 24 hour animal emergency clinics in our area.

The nearest most convenient veterinarian’s office

is located 1.7 miles west of Hwy 26 & 71

intersection, Scottsbluff NE.Approximately 6

miles from show site.

Collars and Leads- IMPORTANT

Approved collars include flat snap or buckle collars

of solid construction and leather or nylon leads.

Slip martingale collars are allowed. Single piece slip

collars/leads are allowed. Harnesses, with the

exception of head-halter types, are allowed. Dogs

MUST run “naked,” without a collar/harness.

NO flexi-leads allowed.

Bitches in season

Bitches in season (BIS) MAY compete at Barn Hunt

trial. They will be run at the end of each class.

Bitches in season must wear pants

Height Divisions

Dogs 13" and under, small
Dogs 13.1 to 18", medium
Dogs over 18", large

Awards

Each division and height group will have awards

through fourth place based on the elapsed time

of marking the rat tube.Title rosettes will be

awarded to dogs finishing a title. Fastest Dog in

each division will receive a special prize and rosette.
