Any clashes with riders riding in different disciplines will be allowed up to 7 days prior to the event. Please note that changes to times will not be allowed just because the time is inconvenient to the rider!

If a horse or rider has to withdraw through injury or illness and a replacement is required it is advisable that the replacement rider / horse are eligible for the class where the withdrawal is made. This is subject to Clubs fulfilling the criteria of having nominated volunteers to help at the Championships.
