The Trust provides financial assistance to facilitate meeting necessary costs, expenses or outlays in relation to legal matters for which Pro Bono Services are being supplied: -

a)to members of the public who are in need or unable to meet them or are suffering financial hardship; or

b)to Charitable Institutions of limited means which support local communities or community organisations or activities; or

c)where the Trust are satisfied there is a public interest.
